Frequently asked questions

  • Where are you located?

The magic happens in our whisper-quite studio, located in Stoneville — Perth’s picturesque hills. Surrounded by parkland scenery, you’re free to create, experiment, sketch, and design sugar flowers at a pace you’re comfortable.

  • Are the flowers actually edible?

Yes! We get this question a lot because they look so life-like, but our flowers are completely edible (except for the wire stems and stamen). Bon appetite!

  • What do I need to bring?

Whilst you’re welcome to bring your own materials and equipment if you’d prefer to, we supply absolutely everything (at no extra cost) — all the you to do is show up. There’s no need to purchase tools from us in order to do your lesson. However, if you’d like to buy some professional equipment so you can get serious at home, we can supply you with the right items at a discounted price (but there’s absolutely no pressure to do this!).

  • Can you come to me?

We only travel for school or club incursions, all other lessons and workshops are held at our Stoneville studio.

  • Should I bring my own food?

We happily supply snacks and drinks to make your experience at the studio even more comfortable. If your lesson is happening over lunchtime, we supply lunch for you as well; all at no additional charge.  If you have a particular dietry requirement, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking.

  • Where can I park?

There’s ample free parking onsite at our studio — you’ll easily be able to find a space when you pull up.
